If there is one album that should never go unheard in one's life, it would have to be "The Kills" fourth studio album "Blood Pressures". I'm not saying thatits the best album I've ever heard, and I'm not saying there aren't other albums and artists out there that shouldn't be heard. What I'm saying is that this is a gem of our generation. Amongst all the less than quality music out there is a diamond of a band- The Kills.
Though this album is one of a kind. The mix of the voices of Duo Jamie Hince and Alison Mosshart is subtle but mezmerizing as are the layers of sounds and music throughout the album. This is the kind of album you can rely on to take you to your happy place.
